Working as part of a fast paced machining team within the Engineering Workshop, this role will be responsible for setting up and operating special purpose equipment, conventional (lathe and/or mill), and/or numerical control (NC) machines and machining centres for machining of metallic and non-metallic parts that hold to the high quality machine standards required within the organisation.
Power Jacks introduced their modern apprentice scheme in 2012 in conjunction with the North East of Scotland College in Fraserburgh, aiming to help address the skills shortages in the industry whilst providing a defined development path for individuals looking to follow a career in engineering. We are now looking to recruit new apprentices for our Apprentice programme, starting summer 2014.
