Receptionist and Office Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Overview

The term of maternity cover required is from Mid-June 2019 to end of April 2020. Excellent working conditions and full training provided. This role includes the following activities and responsibilities:

Responsibilities

1. Reception

   • Telephone answering.
   • Welcoming and giving inductions to visitors/contractors.
   • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.

2. Finance Department

   • Supplier invoice registration and basic processing.
   • Reconciling and filing supplier statements.
   • Other ad-hoc tasks to support finance department.

3. Operations

   • Timesheet input and distribution of job packs.
   • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks to support operations.
4. Shipping Department
   • Friday/Holiday cover for shipping department including processing customer invoices and arrangement of transport.

Qualifications and Experience

• Friendly personality, comfortable dealing with visitors and various departments
• Office administration experience essential including use of MS Office
• Some finance experience preferred.
