Exciting opportunity for a key role in the Power Jacks team as we move to our new facility in Westhill and grow the business.
The role will have full accountability and ownership for the full operations department of the PowerJacks Business with all workshop based personnel and production planner reporting to the Production Manager.
The Production Manager reports to the Managing Director.
Activities include:
Must be able to build effective relationships to influence others internally and externally. To be successful in the role, the Operations Manager has key deliverables to be achieved through:
Degree Qualified or a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
Formal Management Qualifications.
In Depth knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean Management Techniques with demonstrable evidence of application.
Experienced in managing an engineering and production orientated operation.
Strong Leadership Quality with ability to initiate and drive change across all areas of operations.
