Als Teil von Power Jacks Pl\u00e4nen f\u00fcr eine verbesserte Produktentwicklung hat das Unternehmen k\u00fcrzlich in eine neue 3D-Druckmaschine investiert. Mit dieser neuen Anlage wird eine Dienstleistung, die zuvor an Subunternehmer vergeben wurde, im eigenen Haus erbracht und erg\u00e4nzt die M\u00f6glichkeiten, die das Ingenieurteam von Power Jacks f\u00fcr Forschung und Entwicklung vor Ort hat. <\/p>\n\n

„Durch die Beschleunigung des Prototyping-Prozesses wollen wir unsere Effizienz steigern, die Entwicklungszeiten verk\u00fcrzen und unseren Kunden letztendlich effektivere technische Ergebnisse liefern.“ Sagt Jason Fong, Engineering Manager. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Vor der Investition hatte das Ingenieurteam intensiv nach der besten Maschine f\u00fcr das Unternehmen geforscht. Die gew\u00e4hlte Bambu Lab 3D-Druckmaschine lie\u00df sich gut in die SolidWorks 3D-CAD-Plattform von Power Jacks integrieren, und die Forschung erm\u00f6glichte eine schnelle Installation und Inbetriebnahme. Bei einem Inbetriebnahmetest druckten die Ingenieure gleichzeitig ein Spindelhubgetriebe und eine Schneckenwelle der E-Serie mit 5 kN. <\/p>\n\n

„Nach der Reinigung passte das Getriebe perfekt in das Geh\u00e4use des Spindelhubgetriebes, wobei die Hubspindel reibungslos durch das Getriebe lief.“ Sagt der Ingenieur f\u00fcr Produktentwicklung, Armand Leibbrandt. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n
