Das Range-C Kegelradgetriebe ist eine kompakte, kubische Einheit, die in 5 Größen mit 5 Übersetzungsverhältnissen und Befestigungspunkten an allen 6 Seiten erhältlich ist. Geeignet für die Übertragung von niedrigen bis hohen Drehmomenten bis zu 7000Nm als Standard.
Die kompakte Bauweise wird durch das zentrale Lagergehäuse für die Übersetzungsverhältnisse 1:1 und 1,5:1 ermöglicht, für die Übersetzungsverhältnisse 2:1 und darüber gibt es ein kleines erweitertes Lagergehäuse auf der Eingangsseite der Kegelradgetriebe. Die Leistung des Getriebes liefert ein hohes Drehmoment mit guten thermischen Eigenschaften und ist in Konfigurationen mit Vollwelle und Hohlwelle erhältlich. An allen 6 Seiten des Getriebes sind Befestigungspunkte vorhanden und es gibt einen optionalen Motorbefestigungsflansch für den einfachen Direktanschluss eines Standard-Elektromotors.

Typical Applications
The Range-C cubic compact bevel gearboxes are designed for the transmission of rotary mechanical power through ninety degrees or split power from one input drive to two or three output drives. They use precision cut spiral bevel gears to deliver a smooth and quiet transmission with an efficiency of up to 98%. While the standard design is suitable for most applications our engineering team can customise units to meet the most arduous of conditions whether inside, outside, on land or subsea.
