Our New 48-Hour Repair Service

We’re pleased to introduce a new 48-hour repair service for eligible Power Jacks products.

This provides businesses with a rapid repair service for Power Jacks products that are registered and qualified for the service. Qualifying product(s) can be sent to our Westhill headquarters, where our engineers will complete the required repairs and prepare the product(s) for shipment within 48 hours of arrival.

To ensure we can deliver this fast turnaround, products must first be registered and approved for the service.

The application requires basic product information such as:

• Product Part Number (on product nameplate)
• Product Serial Number (on product nameplate)
• Original Sales Order or Purchase Order number (if available)
• Quantity on site to be covered by the service

Once submitted, our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
