三相电机

Power Jacks 可为所有应用提供交流或直流电机。

最常用的电机是三相交流感应电机,但我们也供应单相交流感应电机、伺服电机和直流永磁电机。所有电机均可配备制动器;制动器为弹簧电动释放装置,具有故障安全运行特性,在电源中断或失效时,制动器将接合并停止负载。

Helical Bevel Gearbox

Helical bevel reduction gearboxes are used for transmitting mechanical power through ninety degrees.

Used in screw jack systems either with a hollow or solid output shaft. Ideal as the main drive for H, U and T configuration jacking systems. Also used fitted directly to screw jacks as a primary drive.

Up to 14000Nm torque transmission with gear ratios up to 1715:1.

In-Line Helical Gearbox

In-line helical bevel reduction gearboxes are used for transmitting mechanical power in-line with the electric motor or input drive.

Used in screw jack systems as the primary drive or on motorised screw jacks. Ideal as the main drive for I configuration jacking systems or H, U and T configurations when connected to an additional bevel gearbox.

Up to 12000Nm torque transmission with gear ratios up to 1481:1.

Parallel Shaft Helical Gearbox

Parallel Shaft Helical reduction gearboxes are used for transmitting mechanical power along drive lines parallel to the motor shaft axis.

Used in screw jack systems either with a hollow or solid output shaft. Mainly used as the main drive for H, U and T configuration jacking systems due to space restrictions. Also used fitted directly to screw jacks as a primary drive.

Up to 14000Nm torque transmission with gear ratios up to 2099:1.

Worm Gearboxes

Worm gearboxes are used for transmitting mechanical power at right angles to the electric motor or input drive.

Worm gearboxes are less efficient than the equivalent helical bevel gearbox, however they can offer high to very high gear ratios in a small space. Used in screw jack systems as the primary drive or on motorised screw jacks. Normally used as the main drive for H, U or T configuration jacking systems. Also used on I-configurations though usually mounted to the first screw jack in the line. Worm gearboxes can be mounted to screw jacks via an adaptor where a high reduction is required for slow moving applications.

Up to 71000Nm torque transmission with gear ratios up to 10000:1.

Jaw Couplings

Flexible Jaw Couplings for Low to Medium Torque Transmission in a compact space.

Jaw couplings consist of 2 hubs linked via a central elastomeric spider element to provide the “flex”. Wide range of jaw couplings for torque ratings up to 3300Nm. The standard coupling hubs are either of an Aluminium or Sintered Iron material with Steel and Stainless Steel options available on request. Zero backlash and Spacer Couplings (self-supporting shafts) are also available.

Steel Geared Coupling

Steel Geared Couplings for High Torque Transmission in a compact space in either Continuous Sleeve or Flanged designs

Wide range of steel geared couplings for torque ratings up to 24900Nm in either a Full-Flex or Flex-Rigid hub arrangement. Also available as a Spacer Coupling (Cardan Shaft) design.

Drive Shaft - Standard

Solid Drive Shafts in sizes to suit your application for low to High Torque transmission.

Solid drive shafts are a plain shaft length with machined journals at each end with keyed drive. The shafts are available in Steel and Stainless Steel. There are 3 popular sizes that are readily available, however most sizes up to 95mm diameter can be accommodated.

Flexible Spacer Coupling

Spacer Couplings with Jaw Coupling Hubs are self-supporting drive shafts with flexible couplings at each end for low to medium torque transmission without the need for bearing shaft supports.

Available in 7 sizes for torque up to 525Nm for shaft lengths up to 4m as standard. Aluminium construction with steel and stainless steel versions on request.

Plummer Blocks

Plummer Blocks for bearing support of drive shafts.

Solid drive shafts typically need bearings supports installed at each end. Plummer blocks provide a quick and simple method to provide this support. Long drive shafts may require intermediate supports along the shaft. One Piece and Split Piece Plummer Blocks are available.

Hand Wheel

Hand Wheels available with or with hand crank in diameters up to 375mm as standard.

Ideal for use with Screw Jacks and Bevel Gearboxes for hand operation of units.

Rotation Indicator

Fit Rotation Indicators to a shaft as a visual indicator for shaft rotation.

5 standard sizes, provided in a high visibility orange finish made from a composite plastic for corrosion resistance.

Rotary Limit Switches

Rotary Cam Limit Switches are fully adjustable multi limit switch units. Ideal for stroke position indication on screw jacks or linear actuators with limit switches that can be individually set to any position over the entire stroke.

The RLS-51 is available with 2 to 8 limit switches as standard in a robust IP66 housing available in B14 (face), B5 (flange) or B3 (foot) mount options.

Limit Switches

Limit Switches are available in Proximity Sensor or Electro-Mechanical designs.

Proximity Sensors provide a non-contact sensing for limit switching. Normally used for end of stroke limit switches on screw jacks or linear actuators.

Electro-Mechanical Limit Switches provide a switch activated by mechanical contact where this is a requirement of a process. Can be fitted to screw jacks and linear actuators for end of stroke position indication.

Safety rated versions are available for both Proximity Sensors and Electro-Mechanical Switches.

Encoders

Absolute and Incremental Rotary Encoders provide a good solution for speed and position feedback for screw jacks and linear actuators.

A wide range of encoders are available to suit most applications. If the encoders can't be mounted on the drive motor then they can be mounted on a free drive shaft on the Screw Jack or Linear Actuator.

Load Pins

Monitor the load through pinned joints with our range of Load Pins.

Ideal for load monitoring on clevis pin joints for screw jack and linear actuators. Standard capacities up to 2000Te.

Compressive Load Cells

Compressive Load Cells available in a variety of designs either as standalone units or integrated into screw jacks or linear actuators.

Wide range of compressive load cells in capacities up to 1000Te as standard for industrial, marine, defence, subsea and energy sector applications.

Load Shackles

Range of Load Shackles for monitoring the load on pin to hook, rope or cable connections.

Used for load monitoring shackle connections to clevis pin joints on screw jacks and linear actuators for loads up to 500Te.

Load Cell Displays

A division of Power Jacks devoted to Load Monitoring Solutions.

We manufacture a comprehensive range of standard load cell products and also offer a bespoke, custom load cell design service. In addition to the load cell products we offer a hire, repair and calibration service.
