蜗杆齿轮箱
蜗轮蜗杆减速箱用于以直角方式向电机或输入驱动器传输机械动力。
蜗轮箱的效率低于同类的螺旋锥齿轮箱，但它们可以在很小的空间内提供很高甚至非常高的齿轮比。在螺旋升降机系统中用作主驱动或电动螺旋升降机。通常用作 H、U 或 T 型顶升系统的主驱动。也可用于 I 型配置，但通常安装在生产线的第一台螺旋升降机上。蜗轮蜗杆减速箱可通过适配器安装在螺旋升降机上，用于需要高减速的慢速移动应用。
扭矩传输最高可达 71000Nm，齿轮比最高可达 10000:1。

Selecting the Right Reduction Gearbox
There are 3 factors to consider when selecting the correct reduction gearbox.
- Select a gearbox type to the closest required power (Pd)
- Find the closest matching output speed hence gear ratio for that gearbox type
- Check that the gearbox power rating is suitable for the actual output speed
